Punarnava Soup Preparation Method – (For one person)

Ingredients

  1. Punarnava, 250 gm (one bunch)
  2. Water 200 ml
  3. Pepper Corns – 10 nos
  4. Jeera – 5 gm
  5. Lemon Juice – 5 drops
  6. Honey – 5 drops

  Preparation

  1. Wash the Punarnava kerai thoroughly in water.
  2. Put all the ingredients (Punarnava kerai, Pepper corn, and Jeera) in a mixture jar and grind it.
  3. Boil the water and add the mixture to the water.
  4. Allow three to five minutes to steam down.
  5. Filter the decoction and take 100 ml of the decoction.
  6. Add honey and lime to the soup and mix it thoroughly.

Note: You can take this on your empty stomach early in the morning.
