Mountain knotgrass (Koorai Poo) Soup Preparation Method – (For one person)
Ingredients
- Koorai Pooi, 250 gm (one bunch)
- Water 200 ml
- Pepper Corns – 10 nos
- Jeera – 5 gm
Preparation
- Wash the Koorai poo thoroughly in water.
- Put all the ingredients (Koorai poo, Pepper corn, and Jeera) in a mixture jar and grind it.
- Boil the water and add the mixture to the water.
- Allow three to five minutes to steam down.
- Filter the decoction and take 100 ml of the decoction
