Noni Fruit Soup Preparation Method – (For one person)

Ingredients

  • Water – 200 ml
  • Noni fruit – 1 no
  • Tomato (medium) 1 no
  • Ginger/Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Water 200 ml
  • Pepper Corn, smashed – 10 nos
  • Jeera, smashed – 5 gm
  • Coriander and mint leaves paste – 25 gm

Preparation

  1. Smash the raw Noni fruit and tomato.
  2. Boil the water and add the smashed Noni fruit, tomato pulp, ginger garlic paste, crushed pepper Corn, Jeera powder, and coriander/mint leaves paste.
  3. Allow five to seven minutes to steam down.
  4. Put a lid on the vessel for 10 minutes. After it seems out, filter the decoction and take 100 ml of the decoction.

Note: Any person after 45 years of age should regularly take this diction thrice a week.
