Mudavattukal Kilangu Soup Preparation Method – (For one person)
Ingredients
- Mudavattukal Kilangu, 20 gm
- Water 200 ml
- Pepper Corns – 10 nos
- Jeera – 5 gm
- Shallots – 20 gm
Preparation
- Smash the piece of Mudavattukal Kilangu root.
- Boil the water and add the Mudavattukal Kilangu and all other ingredients to the water.
- Allow five to seven minutes to steam down.
- Put a lid on the vessel for 10 minutes. After it seems out, filter the decoction and take 100 ml of the decoction.
Note: Any person after 45 years of age should regularly take this decoction thrice a week.
