Mudavattukal Kilangu Soup Preparation Method – (For one person)

Ingredients

  • Mudavattukal Kilangu, 20 gm
  • Water 200 ml
  • Pepper Corns – 10 nos
  • Jeera – 5 gm
  • Shallots – 20 gm

Preparation

  1. Smash the piece of Mudavattukal Kilangu root.
  2. Boil the water and add the Mudavattukal Kilangu and all other ingredients to the water.
  3. Allow five to seven minutes to steam down.
  4. Put a lid on the vessel for 10 minutes. After it seems out, filter the decoction and take 100 ml of the decoction.

Note: Any person after 45 years of age should regularly take this decoction thrice a week.
